"Went to pay a bill here the lady who locked the door looked right at me as I had my papers in my had to pay a bill and she just walked off rudely. The time say 5:00 they close we pulled up ot was 4:20"

"Came to pay the car insurance it was only 4:20 and the lady on the inside saw me at the door she ignored and walked away if this continues to happen then we will look for another insurance company and I know they don't want to lose a valuable customer"
